Since you have been officially notified that the receivable had been assigned, it is your responsibility to make payment to the right creditor. However, under Edebex’s General Terms and Conditions, the seller undertakes to repay the whole amount of the receivable immediately to the buyer in the event of errors. If that does not happen, please contact Edebex.
