En effet, l\u2019article 30bis de la loi du 27 juin 1969 concernant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale des travailleurs impose une obligation suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 votre d\u00e9biteur. Celui-ci est tenu, au moment du paiement de la facture, de v\u00e9rifier aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ONSS (l\u2019Office Nationale de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale) et du Minist\u00e8re des Finances si votre entreprise pr\u00e9sente des retards de paiement aupr\u00e8s de ces institutions. Si tel est le cas, votre d\u00e9biteur est l\u00e9galement tenu de payer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50% du montant de la facture directement aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ONSS et\/ou du Minist\u00e8re des Finances.
