Estos \u00faltimos se identifican en los art\u00edculos 2 y 3 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbb.be\/doc\/cp\/fr\/2015\/law_11-01-1993_10_2015.pdf\">Ley<\/a> ALA\/CFT.\r\n\r\nEsta disposici\u00f3n tiene como objeto impedir que las personas f\u00edsicas utilicen una empresa, fundaci\u00f3n u otra entidad jur\u00eddica para fines criminales, tales como el blanqueo de dinero o la financiaci\u00f3n del terrorismo.
