What is the difference between lead, member and seller?

A lead is a client that is not yet registered on the Edebex platform. You can add a new lead by using the category “Reserve a lead”. Afterwards, we will follow up on the company and it will either get the status “won” or “lost”. You can see the number of your converted leads on the homepage and find a detailed overview of all leads on the lead information page.

A member is a client that is registered on the platform and has paid the membership fee. However, they have not yet sold an invoice.

A member becomes a seller as soon as their first invoice has been successfully sold on the platform. In case their first invoice was refused, your client is still considered as a member. A seller is active if at least one invoice was sold since the beginning of the year. The number of your active sellers is visible on the homepage. You can register a new seller or take a look at all uploaded invoices via the left menu bar.
